This full knock-down rebuild in Mermaid Waters replaces the original home with an expansive floor plan designed for a growing family. Floor-to-ceiling glazing to the main living spaces opens the home to a surprising view through to Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise, anchored by a generous open-plan kitchen and living zone built for everyday life.

The brief called for genuine zoning — a dedicated media room, multiple studies, and a butler's pantry separate the quieter corners of the home from the spaces built for entertaining, with a new pool completing the outdoor areas. The result is a well-resolved family home that balances scale, light, and space.
