New Paradigm Design was founded on the concept of modernising traditional design and construction practices, with a focus on providing a service that is catered uniquely to you. Backed by Brad's 19 years of construction and design experience, our approach involves creating a distinct and personalised concept design for you, while ensuring that we keep you informed and involved in the process from start to finish. Provide 3D rendering and high quality artist impressions of your design, so you can visualise the concept before finalising drawings.
Production of architectural plans and documentation necessary for obtaining building and development approvals, and construction.
Facilitating the acquisition of information for approvals, such as town planning appraisals, structural engineer drafting, private certification (building approvals) and surveying to name a few key requirements.
