Starting with the original slab and footprint, The Promenade was redesigned from the ground up. Key to its transformation was the integration of innovative materials and modern techniques, such as Shou Sugi Ban charred cladding, timber-style aluminum battens, and Monument Colorbond roofing. A mono-pitched skillion roof and floating concrete steps emphasise clean, minimalist lines, while polished concrete floors create a seamless, calming interior.
