KAARI ON KIERS
Another project for our long term valued clients - Hemko Projects. A scandinavian inspired theme, with a coastal feel due to its proximity to Miami Beach.
The brief for this site was to create 2 attached Villas and maximise the usable floor space, which we achieved with 283sqm for each Villa on average. With a 4 bed, 2 living, 2.5 bath and large double Garage. Plus a heated plunge pool for each site. All this on a 546sqm site, and still with room to park cars inside the front boundary.
Our favorite feature is the large sky windows above each shower providing sun filled internal bathroom and ensuite spaces.
